Omoide uses the conversations to create the biography. It does not sell family stories or use them for advertising. The storyteller remains in control of what is shared.

Nothing begins without their consent. They can decline, stop, skip a question, or say “Don’t ask me this.” Omoide never pressures them to continue.

Omoide is an AI biographer. It asks follow-up questions based on what the storyteller says, remembers earlier conversations, and shapes their chosen stories into a biography. Before recording, Omoide explains this clearly and asks permission.

The first conversation is about 20 to 30 minutes. Essential includes 5–6 conversations, Signature 10–12, and Legacy 15–20+. After the first conversation, the pace follows the storyteller.

The storyteller decides. Family sees only the stories they choose to share; full conversations remain visible only to the storyteller. They review the biography before it is printed.

If the conversations don’t happen, you don’t lose. If the storyteller stops partway, we’ll pause for up to a year, finish the book from what they’ve already shared, or refund you in full. If life intervenes, our life-event policy puts the family first.
