Website terms

These terms apply to the public Omoide website, contact form, and early-access list. They do not yet govern a purchase, a recorded conversation, or delivery of an Omoide book.

Omoide is still being prepared for launch. Product descriptions, availability, timing, and physical-book specifications may change as testing and production work continue.

Joining the early list does not reserve a place, create a purchase obligation, or require payment. Purchase-specific terms and the complete guarantee will be presented before checkout opens.

You agree to provide accurate contact information and not to use the forms for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or automated submissions.

Do not include private family stories, recordings, confidential records, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in a website form.

Omoide’s name, logo, writing, design, photographs, and other site materials are owned by Omoide or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but may not copy or reuse the materials commercially without written permission.

Omoide works to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Email delivery and other functions may depend on service providers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.

You may not interfere with the site, attempt to access non-public systems, bypass security measures, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site in a way that harms Omoide or others.
